According to a new study, 74% of Canadian office workers report the need to maintain emotional composure at work, with over a third (37%) of workers experiencing this on a weekly basis or more frequently. The study surveyed 1389 Canadian office workers and found that maintaining composure during a conflict with a colleague has been challenging for workers (32%). Canadian office workers noted that working under tight deadlines (29%), working with people who have strong opinions (29%), dealing with clients (26%), and public speaking/presenting (26%) have posed challenges.
