Applications are now open for the Youth Mental Health Fund through the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada

The Public Health Agency of Canada announced that applications are now open for the Youth Mental Health Fund. The program will fund projects of up to $500,000 per fiscal year, and projects may be up to 48 months in length. The goal of the Fund is to enhance the capacity of community health organizations to deliver more care for young people living in Canada and better equip these organizations to refer youth to other mental health services within their networks and partnerships.

Eligible Organizations:

  • Not-for-profit, non-government organizations, including:
    • community health organizations, registered not-for-profit charitable organizations, and regional health councils outside of Quebec
    • public post-secondary educational institutions (including universities, boards of education and other centres of education in Canada) outside of Quebec

Application Deadline: January 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm (EST).
