The Canadian Centre for Nonprofit Digital Resilience published A Cybersecurity On-Ramp for the Settlement Sector Report. The study reviews the current cybersecurity landscape and explores key challenges nonprofits encounter in addressing and mitigating cybersecurity risks. The report introduces a five-step cybersecurity on-ramp developed to help organizations take the initial steps to strengthen their cybersecurity and mitigate critical cyber risks.

Step 5: Community and Knowledge Sharing

The  Cybersecurity On-Ramp Initiative includes a basic cybersecurity on-ramp for organizations that provides a foundational level of awareness, training and preparedness. The report also features key resources that are helpful starting points for nonprofits in relation to cybersecurity.
