Property search company X-Press Legal Services has donated £500 to Dorset charity, Amelia’s Rainbow.
Supporting conveyancing professionals and the local community, the company has donated to the charity as part of its 25-year anniversary.
“I am delighted to have been able to support this wonderful local charity,” commented Linda Mannion, owner of X-Press Legal Services Dorset. “Amelia’s Rainbow supports local children who have serious and complex chronic conditions, life-limiting conditions and those receiving palliative care. It is fantastic organisation that focusses on helping children and their families have fun together during very difficult times and we hope our donation will make a difference to a local family in 2025.”
X-Press Legal Services supports local solicitors and conveyancers by delivering a wraparound service including residential & commercial searches, pre & post completion services, cyber security, and compliance products.
The permanence of the X-Press Legal Services brand locally is testament to Linda’s commitment to building long standing relationships with clients. Her independent local team is committed to exceeding client expectations, becoming a trusted and invaluable property partner.
“We’ve had a busy start to 2025 supporting conveyancers in and around Dorset as they deal with a surge of new property transactions,” added Linda. “The New Year always sees an influx of properties coming to market but with significant Stamp Duty changes coming into effect on 1 April, we are seeing the added impact of many home buyers and sellers keen to complete their transactions before that deadline. As ever, we continue to support our conveyancing clients, delivering a local service with speed, accuracy and efficiency.”
