Impact Organizations of Nova Scotia invites organizations to participate in the 2025 State of the Sector Survey. The purpose of the study is to collect data on critical issues facing the Community Impact Sector in Nova Scotia. Current data on the workforce and labour market, operations and finances, governance, and social impact of the Community Impact Sector will further the collective understanding of trends and emerging priorities. The data informs the decision-making of sector leaders, policymakers, post-secondary institutions, and others involved in the Community Impact Sector. For most organizations, the Executive Director/CEO (or equivalent) will be the best person to complete the survey, but in other cases, it may be completed by another senior employee or the Board Chair (or equivalent).
As a thank you for your time, all participants will have the option to be entered for a draw for one of three $100 gift cards. If you would like to be entered into the draw, please include your name and email at the end of the survey. This information will be separated from the survey results. This survey is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.
