But new research from Capterra indicates that Canadian job seekers are still somewhat undecided about how they feel about AI in the recruitment process. Some key highlights from Capterra’s new report include:
- 55% of Canadian job seekers view AI positively, while 45% remain skeptical.
- 83% of job seekers who say they have used AI tools to help with their job search say they have used it to embellish or exaggerate their skills.
- 38% of job seekers said they were likely to turn down a job offer if their interview and application process relied too heavily on AI.
