UNICEF donors Aksel Jepsen and Catherine Fitzgerald share their impressions of the re-built schools they visited in July 2012. Check out the before and after photos!
With the caring support of many New Zealanders, we have rebuilt 57 schools in the Solomon Islands, turning them from dilapidated and dangerous schools into safe and welcoming classrooms! New desks, new toilets, new safe and fresh drinking water – lots of children are very happy with their brand new schools! Thanks to generous New Zealanders for making this possible.
We only have Seghe School to finish now.
