Scale up of acute malnutrition outpatient treatment in Angola | UNICEF Angola



One of the Government of Angola priorities is to monitor the nutrition situation using assessments, expand emergency treatment facilities and train staff to adequately provide lifesaving treatment to malnourished children. Therefore, the European Union since January 2013 has been supporting the Governrnent through UNICEF to implement the Outpatient Treatment Programme (OTP) in the provinces most affected by acute malnutrition.
