Christopher Holz

Government Relations Advisor, capitalW 

Christopher (Chris) Holz is a seasoned public affairs executive with over 20 years of experience working with government decision makers and clients.

Providing counsel at all three levels of government, he has served corporate clients, citizens groups, charities and non-profits, in several policy areas including financial services, energy and utilities, real estate and infrastructure development, gaming, film and television, health care, municipal government, environment, among others.

Mitzie Hunter

President and CEO, Canadian Women’s Foundation 

Mitzie Hunter is a dynamic leader with 30 years of experience working in the private and non-profit sectors, and in government. She was the first Black woman to serve as Ontario’s Minister of Education, she was also Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development and Associate Minister of Finance. Today she is President and CEO of the Canadian Women’s Foundation and a respected advocate for women, girls, and gender-diverse people across the country.

Jean-Marc Mangin

President and CEO, Philanthropic Foundations Canada

Jean-Marc has been President & CEO of Philanthropic Foundations Canada since 2019. He currently sits on the Government of Canada’s Advisory Committee on the Charitable Sector.

Prior to PFC, Jean-Marc led a renewal process of the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences, the largest national organization of Canadian researchers and scholars as its Executive Director.

Andrew Chunilall

CEO, Community Foundations of Canada

Andrew Chunilall joined Community Foundations Canada in 2013 and became CEO in 2017, following a six-year tenure as Vice-President of Finance for the London Community Foundation and his long-standing service as a finance and regulatory expert for Canada’s philanthropic milieu. Now at the head of the community foundation movement, Andrew is working closely with the Community Foundations of Canada Leadership team, Board and foundations in Canada and abroad to help the philanthropic sector transform, innovate and meet the new challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
