The Canadian Center for Community Advancement is now accepting applications for the RAYI micro-grants project, funded in part by Canada Service Corps. As part of the project, the Canadian Center for Community Advancement will offer 14 microgrants with a per micro-grant value of between $2,000 to $5,000. The grant is intended to fund youth-owned and youth-led projects and proposals. The project is open to youth aged 15-30, whether they are part of a registered youth organization or an informal group, and would like to implement an innovative idea in one of the following three project streams:

  • Preserving the environment.
  • Promoting civic and democratic engagement.
  • Strengthening youth resilience.

Applications will continue to be accepted and considered for funding until all fifteen microgrants are allocated.
