Volunteers across the university community are needed to play “victims” in a major disaster drill for the 7th Annual Flight Nursing Summer Camp, sponsored by the National Flight Nurse Academy and FPB, on Friday, August 14 from 9 am to 5 pm.
The event takes place at Squire Valleevue Farm at 37125 Fairmount Blvd in Hunting Valley, Ohio, and recreates a large-scale emergency with numerous victims needing evaluation, treatment and transport from the disaster zone. Volunteers should wear clothing that they don’t mind getting dirty or wet. Lunch and beverages will be provided. University faculty, staff, students, and their families of all ages and backgrounds are welcome!
