For nearly two decades, the state of North Carolina has contracted with the UNC School of Social Work’s Behavioral Healthcare Resource Program (BHRP) to provide training and technical assistance in mental health and substance abuse services. This year, BHRP staff are considering new ways to better serve professionals in the field, as well as exploring new initiatives to further assist adults and children.
