At the Dorset Chamber Business Expo held at AFC Bournemouth’s Vitality Staduim, visitors to the Green IP stand had a chance to win a 2025 AFC Bournemouth team-signed football. We’re please to announce the lucky winner was Amanda from Wessex Cancer Support.
Rather than keep the prize, Amanda and the team at Wessex Cancer have chosen to auction the signed ball to raise funds for their crucial support services:
“I’m thrilled to have won this signed AFC Bournemouth football. At our upcoming Big Quiz on 30th September, featuring Egghead Kevin Ashman, Wessex Cancer Support will be auctioning off this fantastic item. All the funds raised will help us continue to support everyone affected by cancer in the community.”
The Big Quiz is just one of many fantastic events Wessex Cancer runs to raise awareness and provide vital funding for people facing cancer across the south.
Green IP would like to thank everyone who visited our stand and entered the raffle at the Dorset Chamber Expo. Its fantastic to see the signed ball now being used to support such an important cause. We’re proud that what started as a simple giveaway will go on to help raise funds for local people affected by cancer.
